So I have been just driving the crap out of this van since I bought it.
We take it everywhere. Keeping the mileage on our subaru down so we can get the most money for it when we sell it.
The rear end is holding up well, thank goodness. I guess the guy did get it fixed after all.
Was out running errands in it this morning and left the lights on when I got home. The battery has been in it since before I even got it so I think I'll get a new one at Rural King.
As much as we love the van we may sell it and look for something with AC since we're committed to selling our only car with that feature.
Roof vent has been great. Truly "fantastic".

Almost every Van if it’s type had AC in it, any engine similar from any vehicle has the same compressor brackets so you could add ac to that one.

Besides I like that can! I got to eat donut king in it!

Haven't been to DK in a bit. I think I'll take a trip over there soon. Maybe tonight when Roxy's home.
Cant wait to see your new Superior one day!

The van has a new home. Next to go is the Subaru Crosstrek.
Got a wee bit of bus money now! At least enough to paint and get some other odds and ends taken care of.

If you get a slightly used ice scrapper for the Subby, I'd call it a win. Not that you're ever going to get to use said ice scrapper but still a win!!

My wife and I can't wait to get on the bus and sell her '12 Impreza. Without a doubt it is one of the worst vehicles I've ever owned. Eats oil, is constantly blowing lights (headlight, high beams, running lights) and is now experiencing an issue with getting the key out at shutdown.

Sweet! When are you installing a moped rack on the back of your bus?

I think we can fit one or two IN the bus! They're easy to lift, we could just sorta "roll" a moped up the stairwell or just lift it right up to the WC door if needed.

I had a 12' Impreza and man oh man what a HORRIBLE car! The 13' Crosstrek isn't much better. The 12 burned a quart every 1000-1500 miles. The 13 burns half that. Both cars have really noisy clutches and terrible seats that also make noise. IMO these cars are a total fail. Yet Consumer Reports constantly recommends them.
So yeah- I REALLY hate this car. Its killed any enthusiasm I'd ever have for new cars. From now on I'll stick to classics and beaters.

Got the Sube to the dealer today for the recall. When they pulled the engine they called me and confirmed the clutch, pressure plate, and TO bearing need to be replaced.
I KNOW how to drive a manual transmission. So does my wife. This car has 67k miles and needs a new clutch. What a joke!

yeah, currently looking for a deal on whatever pops up.
Pissed at my subaru as usual, but I'm used to that.

Sold the van for $500 less than we paid but we got plenty of use out of it.
