A close second is "Armadillo Eggs"...

A stuffed Jalepeno...

Wrapped in spicy breakfast sausage...

Deep fried...

Then wrapped in bacon...

Then smoked for about 8 hours.

Deeeelish!

Sure makes it hard, but gotta pull out in the morning...
The good side is I got an extra hour for Daylight Savings Time (screwed the gubberment) and I'll start installing my awning soon.
