Re: Hey Papabear

Can you say "BlackWater"?
There guys are a highly motivated group with some strong financial backing. Known to dwell on the fringes of international and domestic law, if not sometimes fudging a bit and going over the line. Called upon when money is not a object, time is of the essence and outcome over rides the methods to achieve that.
Unlike our own troops whose hands are tied in battle and as a result we suffer more casualties, these guys go in to win. On foriegn or domestic soil.

To impersonate an officer is a feloney, but to impersonate a police force in a town where non exists, is a whole different problem. APF (or APPF) is another group of mercs under the guise of big business and a name that might imply some integrity. They are dangerous and no one knows how far up the food chain, thier backing goes.

It's a shame they use Police in thier names, as that would indicate accredited training in constitutional & state laws, as well as other training required a LEO. Actual Law Enforcement has a hard enough time with the public view and then you throw in these dicks and there goes the neighborhood.

To call them a militia gives militias a bad name. The "old school" malitias at least stood for a value (however twisted it might have been) These people are just about money and the power that brings with it.

It's when they start wearing brown shirts, that we sould really worry.

Career opportunities..
“...APPF offers their employees wonderful opportunities to travel the world and meet new people and cultures.....” and kill them.

"It will gradually be more clear as things go along. The nature of this entity is private security and for security purposes, as well as for the interest of their clientele, that's why they prefer not to be upfront."
