Honest seller.

Gotta respect honesty,.

The following is from a listing on Govdeals:

2008 Blue Bird All American transit school bus, 7.2L Caterpillar inline 6 cylinder midrange engine with very troublesome and failure prone emission control, fuel, and cooling systems. Buyer should fully expect existing and/or forthcoming problems with this engine
.

Sounds like they learned the hard way and don't want to pass the buck.
That's really cool of them. School districts are usually pretty darn honest. Especially compared to dealers and CL flippers.

All these newer engines are riddled with issues because of the emissions.

I seen this,I was guessing coolers are probably starting to leak a little. Easy way to fix them is fix the leading problem.

They also could have had someone bid on it, show up to inspect it, realize it was best used for parts, and void the sale based on false advertising.

Either way, better to be upfront about it if you can.
