How to resize a picture and post to a forum

OK, I've created a little step by step tutorial. This is what works for me and it's all free.

How to resize and post

This is a link to one of my web page files. It's an interactive flash file, if you're on a slow connection you may have to wait for it.

OK since I've done this does anyone know how to embed that swf file into a forum?

Just quote and you can see how I did it.

It is easy for me, I use flickr. When I select "More ways to share" I can select "Grab the HTML/BBCode" and the size I want. If someone clicks my photo in skoolie, it redirectd them to flickr and they can see it in all sizes.

Jake,
I did that and all I got was the screen shot. This swf file is hosted on my server. Do I need to upload it somewhere on this blog server? If so it kinda defeats the purpose of posting pictures hosted somewhere else since a flash file is much bigger than pictures.

I understand that there are probably a million ways to do this. I often see people asking how it's done, and this is the way I do it and it works very well for me. The people who are asking, seem to have problems so I thought I'd make something visual for them to make it easier for them.

What the heck? It worked when I did it, but now mine is just a screenshot as well. I have no answers.

EDIT: And now it works again. Lol...I have no clue, man.
