Re: I like Newbies... and their questions!

Are you finished giving everyone a verbal spanking yet? Let it go. Talk about beating a dead horse. Or are you a "self appointed expert" in protocol, manners and etiquette?

Let's lighten up people. Cold weather or not, some of you need to take a road trip.

Not me of course. I am the model of prefect composure and mood. I never get upset. Now, would anyone like to buy some oceanfront property? I know of some in .... NM.

See! Looks like a nice sandy beach doesn't it? Must be an ocean somewhere nearby.

Pina Coladas anyone?

Lorna, thank you for response. I didn't mean to "spank" anyone, I guess I was just concerned that Skoolie.net was heading in a bad direction. Beating a dead horse does no good, but sometimes you have to find out why it died in the first place.

And as for spanking....it used to be done only for punishment .....but that's illegal now (darn).....now its only for pleasure

I told my wife she could give me a "spanking" this morning... so she went out to the shed and got a board with a big nail in it...

No, the horse is very much alive - and boy is he pissed.

Speaking of dead horses, anyone who thinks I need to lighten up can buy my lovely oceanfront property in Deadhorse, Alaska:

Yes. I need to take a road trip—back to Skunk Haven. And I'm certain that one of the reasons for the health benefits from having a pet (documented in this Web MD article) is that animals never say "lighten up."

Rock on, Rich!

Re: I like Newbies... and their questions!

You need a 2nd home in Death Valley. That way you can summer in Death Valley and winter in Deadhorse! Would that make you a "Deadhead"?
