I would like to introduce myself

Hello all,

I would just like to introduce myself - My Husband has just informed me that he has bought a 1980 Ford 48 passenger school bus that we are going to convert! I'm very excited about the possibilites, so I of course went online to get some ideas when I came across this site.

It looks as though I'm going to be spending a great deal of time here, and I beg your forgiveness in advance if I ask alot of questions, (or just ask some really stoopid questions )

We have 3 kids, aged 8, 10, and 12, and we are all looking forward to making something really great!

Well welcome, that is what this place is all about, asking the questions. There are lots of people with lots of knowledge who love to show it off

We are in the process of building ours as well and we have a 10 month old and 1 or 2 more planned to be on the way some day.

Sorry I didn't post sooner, but my connection took a dive. Let me tell you...the people working in the office of the ISP are a lot less knowledgeable than the people working in the tech support center. Also, let it be known that Charter Communications has fast, friendly tech support that spoke English. Ok, enough....

Welcome aboard! There is no need to apologize for asking questions. That's why this place exists. Well...that and to reassure out members that their unique fixation on buses might not be that unique after all and there really is no need to seek out professional help.

I think you'll quickly find that this is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly message boards out there not just for school buses, but in general. It seems like everyone on this board has one area that they might just have a little more knowledge than the average person. Bring it all together and you have a heck of a crew.
