I'm sorry, the young lady drawn in the cross-section looks more like an inmate in solitary than a happy homeowner.
I think the designer has a LOT to learn. I think he's just a hipster making art for the glitterati to discuss at cocktail parties. Maybe inside the Beltway the 'enlightened' upper class will suggest this as a FEMA alternative to Katrina trailers.
This hits me sort of like Andy Warhol painting a portrait of a Campbell's soup can, or setting a paper bag full of groceries in a museum. Interesting find, though.
