Looking at a Bus. What’s important?

Hey guys,

So I’ve seen a lot of posts about what to look for when buying a bus, but not much about what to look for when you’re there, in person, looking at it face to face.

I’ve found a few busses with the engines and other specs that I want, but what are the details I should be paying attention to as I inspect it in person.

I know the bus has what I want mechanically, but what should I be looking for physically (asides from rust), or sound/feel wise.

I’m bringing someone with me who knows a lot about diesels but I want to make sure I’m making the right decision as the bus will be used to travel cross-country, will be converted with shore and off grid capabilities, and will be used almost year round.
