Just because I don't recall ever seeing the answer to this question, I'll ask it: Are the obnoxious "safety" switches on the doors and hatches/vents normally open or normally closed? When you cut away the wires do you have to tape them up so they don't touch anything, or twist them together under a wirenut? Or does it vary bus to bus?

Here's a way to disconnect the safety buzzers. Best explanation I've seen so far. The title isn't right for this clip but the information is accurate.



Certainly buses differ in their electrical setup. I think you'll agree, after watching this, that most buses will be similar enough to accomplish the task.
