Didn't get the bus. It sold for almost $6000. Bummer.

i set the bus up my self ,it had a 478 rear an change it to a 375 rear and than add the two speed, i still have a bird with a 478 rear that iam going to put a two speed on it and have another bus to sell ,it a 93 tc2000 72 pass..

there's another thread here discussing this that says shifting the rear gears on the fly breaks it- i'm taking it to mean that means you have to start off either high or low from a stop

You can shift them on the fly.
The people I work with can break any thing, they haven't broke a 2 speed yet.
