My Mary

Mary has been ill for a while and really took sick recently. This morning she became unresponsive and I called 911. She became aware as they were working on her in the ambulance.

Please direct your thoughts and prayers to her in this time of need. She is most likely in the ER right now, we are rural and it's a 20min. code 3 ride.

Mary is 66 y/o and in fair health, she vomited lunch on Friday and hasn't been able to eat since, she has been hydrating.

Poor Spooky is very upset too.

I will be heading to the hosp. soon.

Thanks bus family.

The Jewish prayer for healing is called the "Mi Shebeirach" and she'll have one headed her way once a day until I hear different. - Dan

Burst appendix? That's a rough one. But it's also one they've dealt with before, and it beats the heck out of not knowing what's wrong. Will continue praying (for you all).

Thinking of you both and praying Mary has a speedy recovery. Sounds as if she is in good hands at this time.
Blessings Don and Mary and Spooky too.

This is not uncommon, people think it's just gas or something till it bursts. Mine burst and it took 2 days to convince mom to take me to the doctor. They just didn't understand me when I tried to explain how much pain I was in. Got to the doctor and after checking me out said I had about 2 hours to live. 20 minutes later I was on an OR table and spent a month in the hospital. Hopefully hers wasn't burst for long before they found it.

A burst appendix is NO FUN. I had to have emergency surgery to save my life when mine went.

Prayers coming your way for Mary. Do not neglect your own health and needs. The whole community is coming together to pray each in their own way. Updates when you are able.
