Need advice on degree of rust...

Looking at another bus and came across this in the pictures. its a long drive or I would pop out and look today. Everything sounds good except one thing. Seller says that it's just surface rust, but after seeing what some of you all have posted about the back area collecting water that eats up the body, can you tell anything from the pic? I live in mortal fear of rust!!

That's what I'm thinking. Owner sent me another couple pics. Seems like the floor might have a bit of an issue in the back but elsewise it looks good. Probably going to go look at it tomorrow. Thanks!
