Re: New bus for me

a manual transmission is awsome! That's nothing for miles on that engine, i had 200K on mine when i sold it and it was still running strong. If i were you, i'd turn up the fuel and the govenor. gives you better top end speed, better accelleration, more power, and doesn't necessarily hurt fuel economy.

Re: New bus for me

Stick shift?! WooHoo!

Just make sure you know how to drive it -- minimize slipping the clutch. Try letting the clutch out without reving the engine. Then, once the clutch is engaged, THEN step on the accelerator. If the DT360 does not have quite the idle-ooomph for that, still rev the engine as little as possible, and engage the clutch as quickly as possible (smoothly).

Oh, and Welcome Aboard!
