It's a free country(I don't know for how much longer) so he can ask as much as he wants. People can chose if they want to pay it.

Judging a value of anything is difficult
I have always been amazed that people judge other folks bus, car, airplane or anything. Usually the person doing the judging does not have whatever they are judging. My view is not to make any judgements on anything you are not interesting in buying. There was a guy on the Crown Junkies board that always had some negative comment about any bus. The guy drove a small bus for his church but thot he was an expert in money and buses. The guy did not own a bus. Reading evaluations of others items has no value. If possible offer support and good sales suggestions.
Me thinks ya gotta have a bus to judge a bus. Frank Looking for a buyer for my De Lorean. About $18K.

The bus is 7 times it's value. I asked why. If you don't like what I said too bad for you. 2000$ x 7=14,000$.
Dreamers trying to gouge people are disgusting.

Re: 1979 School bus RV - Micro Chalet for sale
The price for the bus is so high it's in outer space.
The price on the De Lorean is a fair price and I would buy it if I had the money because I have always wanted one and even 10 years ago they were selling for 15,000$.
But, 18,000$x7=126,000$
I would laugh at that price and spit my coffee on my keyboard.
If it was owned by Mr. DeLorean himself well maybe, or if it was serial#1.
The bus dreamer did not say the bus was owned by Mr. Wayne so the price is insane, and I have a right to say that.

Hmmmmm... Actually Stuff you have a valid point and it is well taken by me. Geographic economic differentials are nothing to be taken likely. The big players like coke and frito lay will maintain small differentials no matter where their product is sold with just a small premium added. But housing..., women, beer, etc., well that's a whole other story. A motivated entrepreneur could do well in ND right now.

Quit whining. Nobody is trying to shut you up. I just said he can ask the moon if he wants to. Have you looked at the price of guns, ammo and magazines right now since the school shooting. They are through the roof and totally unjustified but people are paying. $1000 for 1k rounds of .223. Absolutely ridiculous.

Real mature. I was just pointing out what I thought were rediculus prices but people are paying it. It's between the seller and the buyer what the true value is. I'm done with this thread. Complain all you want. No biggie.

It's just too easy to have fun on this site. In fact, about the only fun I get to have lately. Oh and I am still RFLMAO over the folding chairs by the bed comment. I'll volunteer to be a spectator. Judging is out as I feel I couldn't possibly judge without prior experience or knowledge of what I am to judge and if I do indeed possess those qualities I've forgotten them. If I could only remember where I put my alltimers meds.

wow. you have no idea how dumb you sound. If the bus was EMPTY it would be worth $2000 and it is not empty.
crapping on someones classified ad is a good enough reason to be banned on other sites.
Edit- Great, I just found the ignore function.

Re: 1979 School bus RV - Micro Chalet for sale
But wait, I don't think anyone has noticed that it's a "micro-chalet"! I mean, if it were just a 30+ year old converted bus I wouldn't pay more than $5k or so, but for a MICRO-CHALET... wow... $15k is a steal!
Ah, Patrick, we're just having a little fun here, don't take it personally - this conversation has played itself out countless times in the classified section.
