Opinions on a 1990 INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL BUS MODEL 370

I was looking into buying my first bus and came across a 1990 international short bus, model 370. It only has 25k miles and the seller is asking 5000$. Does anybody have any expierence with this model? Common problems or things to look out for? I've heard that the transmissions in most of these that were made before 95 weren't as reliable. Is this correct? And would it still be worth it due to the low mileage? Any help is greatly appreciated, I'm pretty new to all this.

Any opinions you get will be worthless unless you post details and pictures would help. Engine, transmission, rearend, tires, condition.
