Opinions please

Floor, I have treated plywood down above sheet metal, I plan on staying away from cold so don’t need too much insulation but any opinions on flooring would help. I’m 6 feet tall and my bus is 6feet 1” so I don’t have too much room to go up.
Hardwood? Laminate? Rhino lined? Carpet?rubber?

If I wasn't going to insulate, I would probably pick automotive carpet which is fairly low knap, and would help a little with noise. without any padding, it will probably feel only slightly better than the plywood.

If I had (cheap) access to that rubber they use in horse stalls I might consider it, as I assume its like walking on antifatigue mat, and I assume rubber would cut down the conductive heat loss from the floor. But i would guess that horse stall stuff is expensive. Maybe if you had free access to an old conveyor belt, might be another option for rubber on the floor.

If the concern is entirely height, you can buy some very thin wood look vinyl tiles. No concerns if it get wet (compared to laminate) and very affordable.

No insulating properties though, which would/could be an issue.
