Re: Proposed floorplan

Are you leaving realistic spaces between everything? The only reason I ask is because I drew everything up and it looked great on paper, but the 87 usable inches of interior width quickly became my enemy.

Re: Proposed floorplan

I would be concerned with not having any area to sit and relax other then at the table. I would want at least an area for a Lazy-Boy or couch, some type of "living space" for hanging out in the evenings before bed or bad weather.

Is the refrigerator going to be under the counter? If not then I would also want to transpose the refer and stove for convenience of use with the counter area.

Full-timing it, on your own lot or a campground? Will there be a shop or pole barn to hang out in and/or extra living space?

Nice choice on keeping the rear exit accessible, especially so with a wood stove.

Re: Proposed floorplan

Hey, with that set-up, have you planned in putting your driver's chair on a swivel? In case you have a friend over, it would give an extra seat at the table ...

Re: Proposed floorplan

Nice, looks like a functional layout. My only nit would be the location of the stove (heat) directly next to the fridge (cold).
Cheers

Re: Proposed floorplan

Sorry, I meant the cook stove / fridge proximity. But in any case it sounds like you've got a plan. It's all good!
