Rivets and floor

Hi people, ive had a great weekend tearing out seats and Windows with the wife, but when I started drilling out rivets I went through 4 ,5/16, drill bits in an hour, any suggestions. I even took a grinder to many of them and still super difficult, mudda earth video makes it look so easy, also how do i rip out the old sub floor under the rubber, thanks yall

Use a flap disc on an angle grinder. 60-80 grit. Grind it flush. Then use a punch and a hammer to pop the center out. WAY faster.
