Shifting issues

Anybody know a good mechanic in Seattle/Tacoma area? Had some airlines blow, replaced them and holding psi but now the tranny doesn't shift right. It takes a good while to get out of first, will go into second then third but that's it. The rpms are staying low (no higher than 2200). I had no transmission issues before replacing airlines. Thomas MVP Safe-T-Liner MVP/CAT 3116 rear engine with Alison MT643

Change transmission filter and put c-4 rated hydraulic fluid had the same issue If it takes a long time to shift into reverse that's the problem

if you have an air throttle theres a chance you have an air-operated modulator on that 643.. make sure if there is an air line going to modulator it has pressure based on the throttle and not full air all the time.

Ok look it up should say anything C-4 rated off road they use C-4 rated 15w40 motor oil but don't do that ever since I changed the filter the next 1500 miles shifted smoothly that's after the Allison mechanic said my clutches were shot i disagreed and I was right saved $2800 on a rebuilt transmission
