So...I went and saw a man about...

a tractor!

We have a farm, 1 cat outside 3 inside and 3 pygmy goats...next step is logical
right ?

Every farm wants...ugh...needs a tractor so after looking for a year and figureing out the nice fancy 4x4 ones with FEL and back hoes are $$$$$$$$$$$$$

I started looking old skool....her she is, 41 years old and still got a banging look

she was so hot I bought her a drink

kinda looks like koolaid

more to follow, I have had her less than a week

first night I just had to mess around with her....an hour later drivway was 2 cars wider

where to put the dirt???

well, dugh...mama wanted a raised flower bed beside house!!

luckily she wasnt too pissed when she came home

"how in the heck are we going to spread that out???"
"ugh...the tractor?"
"oh!...that will work"

womenzz

Still have more to do in drivway so I can get a building cover put up and bring my car home

I'm guessing about a 50 horsepower? It looks like it's lived in a barn all it's life.

That front loader is indispensable. Smaller tractors don't have enough weight to dig like you've been doing. If you're going to buy a rotovator at some point you'll find they make an excellent counter weight as well as a way to break loose the soil.

Nice addition. You're going to find so many new uses for that tractor.

60 to 70 depending on who/what and where you measure, it will pull 3 16" deep running turn plows at idle(if there is traction )

traction or lack there of.....that is why...WAIT..have i posted those pictures today? it has been busy...\

found it: on a tractor site.....

okay, 1 question?

At what point was McGyver Redneck?

so, remember when you were younger and someone had a brilliant idea?

and everyone convinced that "person" it was a good idea?

It normally ended with "here hold my beer"

How do you pour concrete into a 55 gallon barrel?

not by dang hand...so I grabbed ole ford and mixer, that is when the light bulb came on...went off; and came back on

so it actually went fairly good, my pants are not soaked with concrete and as far as I know...no Kittahs or puppies were harmed filling Ballast box

9 bags in and the barrel was very heavy so about 850 pounds as it sits

next project today....a rake....this may take a while...it's getting late and I do not have a torch or plasma cutter...

and to add.....well, looks like this is end of progress this weekend due to weather and running out of cut off wheels...took 6 so far
