Another Cherokee Rose blooming in my neighbor's yard. It grew there wild, first time I've seen it bloom. Too bad a fungus kills them before they fully mature (this tree is 4" max diameter at the base) now-a-days. When I was a kid, they grew huge.
Yea, I have allergies too. It really complicates the asthma from the industrial pollution.
I'm trying to paint, and clouds (the kind that you can't see through) of pine-pollen were blowing out of the trees, covering my fresh paint; flower petals from trees were floating down on my wet paint, and my nose was dripping from allergies onto said wet paint, as I rolled it on.
The nearly continuous rain for 6 months that brings this spring's incredible bloom has kept me trapped without a vehicle to drive, as I pulled out windows and the roof hatch, disconnected my rooftop AC units, all to paint starting last fall.
I could complain about all that, and have many times on this site. But I wanted to look at something positive.
Sorry you're wife has allergies, and sorry she takes "meds" for them. I don't recommend any drugs. Herbs. But that's me. Last time I took a pill was a baby aspirin when I broke my hand, many many moons ago...
You guys have a bus, you should head to Wisconsin for Spring in FLA, then AZ when Spring hits Wisconsin, then back to FLA. Why you live in FLA when your allergies are so bad? But that's me.
I like you're BlueBird shirt, by the way.
