Not trying to force you to like this bus, but an open mind and adaptive thinking can be real advantages in this sort of thing, IMO. Hell, the thing may go for BIG bucks, anyhow!!

Oh, I feel no pressure. I like the bus but have an over active imagination and not enough experience to moderate my concerns. I appreciate you taking the time to comment and edumacate.
My thoughts are that having the bike in the front would place it on a position where I would need to navigate around it whenever I was heading for the back.
Really I would need to see it and apply some real world measurements to get a visual on the space.

That one has a $4000 reserve according to the Q&A section.
That craigslist bus is priced way out of its league.

It's not that big of deal to relocate the lift itself to the backdoor.

The bus I first posted about is dead to me now.
Are you see a reserve price for the bus in California? That is the only one that I am interested in? I did not see any mention of a reserve price on that one

Good to know. I would way rather have my garage in the back or in a seperate trailer if possible.

What makes you think side loading with the lift is a problem?

Not so much a problem but an inconvenient place to keep the bike. I would think it would be in the way.
I also believe that if I wanted to maneuver it into a more suitable position it would require keeping a block of space clear that could otherwise be used

Where are you seeing that reserve price? Are you talking about the CA rig?

Q: What's the reserve? (10/27/17 7:34 PM)
A: 4000 (10/30/17 7:40 AM)
Q: Do these vans have front and rear air? (10/28/17 10:06 AM)
A: Yes, but only the front air works. (10/30/17 8:39 AM)
Q: Please describe any and all rust? (10/28/17 12:14 PM)
A: There is some minor rust under the bus. (10/30/17 8:40 AM)
Q: Is it Diesel engine? Does it uses DEF? (1/10/18 5:38 PM)
A: It is a diesel engine. It does not use DEF. (1/11/18 8:33 AM)
Q: is this being relisted, why did buyer default, thanks (1/16/18 8:12 AM)
A: Yes, the buyer said he got overzealous in his bidding then had buyers remorse. (1/17/18 9:38 AM)
Q: Was this item reposted? If so why? How are the tires? Does it start, run, drive, stop? Thank You (1/16/18 10:00 PM)
A: Yes, the last buyer backed out. The tires are good and the bus is in great shape. The only reason we are selling is because it's not getting driven much. (1/17/18 9:40 AM)

My uncle had sent the auction link for that CA bus I was interested in to his buddy who is a school bus mechanic. He was not impressed. From what I gather all that C.A.R.B stuff can be problematic and costly to fix. His thoughts:
