Temporary tag from Illinois, driving through other states

I have a 38ft gmc bluebird and it’s painted and all school stuff removed,
Only two chairs left
A bed a countertop with stove and two comfy single person couch chairs
Wondering that New York or other states may still try and say we need a CDL to operate the bus even though it clearly is personal and doesn’t have the means to carry more than maybe 10 people tops

No worries, no state is looking to pull over converted school buses to inspect them, just drive like you would everyday..... assuming you drive somewhat normal [emoji39] I have a 1993 78 passenger Thomas body conventional converted I actually have collector plates on it and I've never been questiond or pulled over.
