The Verdict: The Tires ARE Round

So I've been having some problems when driving the bus since this winter.. In previous posts I first thought that the tires were just not staying round in the winter. Then once spring came around and still the same problem I thought it was the play in my steering box.

Today I took the bus for a drive and found the problem. The powersteering, when in that neutral zone of turning neither direction, goes crazy and almost shakes the bus and the tires apart.

Anyone know how to fix the sensitivity of the power steering. Right now I just have to try to drive it back and forth in the lane to keep it from driving exactly straight. (Maybe I should take the air out of one sides tire )
