Went by the local school bus yard today...
Last month our school held it's own auction.
1 short bus sold for $750 and 6 big buses sold for $600 each.
One guy bought them all!
School bought new batteries to show they'd start & run... Kept the batteries to use in fleet, and told the guy he needed 7 batteries!
Can you say exporter? Sounds like watermelon buses to me!

How much is a bartery? Unless they're outrageous and all they needed was a battery it sounds like a hell of a deal

Mine's got two twelve volt batteries... Nothing special, basically looks like two truck/car batteries
Seems like they have bolt posts with wing nuts, it's dark outside
Pretty much $69 to $200, and everything in between.

Damn I really butchered the word "battery"
In that case the buyer definitely made out in the end.
I've been thinking about calling the school districts in OKC to see if they have any for sale.

Air National Guard in Fort Smith Arkansas had one parked up by the front fence last week... I don't know the story behind it though.

Low-altitude reconnaissance over an active air force base ? He's obviously a very skilled and highly-paid spy.

I would bet that even Bonds limo driver has some spy skills. Not just anyone can drive Mr Bond around.
