Tires on Alibaba

Has anyone ordered new tires on Alibaba? I've never ordered anything on Alibaba before, but it looks like there could be some good deals. Looks like they have a 10 tire minimum order for less than $200/tire. I'd get a new set plus four spares for about $2,000. I've had chinese tires on my pickup truck before, but I can't remember the brand. Any opinons? What about used American/French/Japanese tires?

I'd take a used American over a new Chinese, especially one off of alibaba. Most of the stuff I've seen on there is off brand(usually pretty unknown too) which leaves me to question the quality of the product. Tires are one of the most important items related to safe traveling on a bus, so please don't skimp.

I buy the cheapest tires I can find when I start looking to replace them.
My bus will likely never go more than 20 or 30k miles in my ownership of it, so I think brand new chinese will be just fine.

I'm planning on less than 5,000 miles per year. The tires should die of old age instead of wear and tear.

Some of the off brand names are comical. There are some Lionstone's for $70 each.

Just don't use them for steers.
