Unusual for North Jersey

I know this wouldn't be too exciting to a lot of users here, but I just saw something really unusual for North Jersey; a flat nosed, rear engine school bus. It was a Blue Bird and was in service for a local school district. It was so surprising to see because in this area I've only ever seen dognose and cutaway buses. Having become something of a bus nerd with all of my reading on here, it was a fun surprise!

Has anyone else seen anything exotic or unusual (for their area)?

I noticed the town we live by has busses like mine and so does Indy. Kinda weird to have pass through storage on city route busses. Maybe they all have went to that. Your area sounds like where I grew up,dont think I seen flat nose till jr/sr high. And the country route busses they rowed gears in.
