Around here (northeastern virginia), any bus with florida tags is almost guaranteed to be a migrant bus. Several local farms are using busses to transport migrant labor, and also as farm trucks. Additionally, the various chicken plants (Tyson's, Perdue, Mountaire Farms) use busses to transport people and materials.

Generally when you see a bus around here it isn't for a conversion. I have seen 1 in the area once.
