Yes! It's years down the road, but the Finch will have a coop on the back. I buy eggs now that I moved to Colorado but not for long man. I need fresh food!

Yeah, there's nothing like fresh eggs. Wish I had a basement for a chicken house.

CB; that's true. I tried to stop breathing so the mosquitos couldn't find me but somehow they ended up winning anyway. Eat lots of garlic. Deet didn't work in Alaska. Those mosquitos thought deet was an appetizer.

I've never been to AK, but the stories of the mosquitoes that come out of there make me glad I'm not there. I thought OURS were bad, but I've heard those Alaskan bastards are the plague!
mosquitoes are attracted to some folks worse than others. I'm from FL, grew up in the outdoors here. The sun doesn't affect me the way it does others, the heat either. The mosquitoes pass right by me more often than not and go after Roxy. She's from the UK, so we think that may be some sort of factor.

The worst mosquitos I ever found were in Canada. They don't seem to concentrate on rest stops on their highway, or public restrooms for that matter. Eventually you're going to go out in the woods and pull your pants down to relieve yourself on those long desolate highways, but you'll pull them right back up. The mosquitos were huge and actually felt like bee stings.

This area of Canada is where deer and some other animals are actually found dead due blood loss from the mosquito population. Pretty amazing.

Oh, not at all. Hold it in until you get to a town.

Well, you get up there on that yellow highway in Canada and you can decide for yourself.

Why, am I still looking a little bloated? That was 25 years ago. The mosquitos might not be as aggressive now.

It seems mosquitos are the worst where it's coldest. Wisconin is another bad one. That's Canada Lite anyway.
