Thomas C2's are becoming more and more prevalent and have that tall look to them.

the newest buses in my local school district's fleet are badged as freightliners and are very tall, haven't paid much attention it'll be a long time before I can play with one of them

o god thats ugly.But it drives like a caddy ill bet!Factory roof raise is for the extra computers,wires,and pollution control module valve,xp2 modulator

C2's are built on a Freightliner chassis.

I wonder what a new windshield would cost? all of that curved glass
i pulled up behind one the other day, looks like a lot of inward taper to the upper sides, hopefully a wider body with the same old roof.
I'll take one with a cummins 8.3, 7 speed manual & 3.54 ratio

Try again. You can have a C7 ACERT or a Benz MBE900 with an Allison.

the Thomas C-2 has been around for about 3 years, yes they are ugly without a question, my wife drives a school bus, the district that she drives for has about 10 of those, she has said that they drive and handle good, but prefers the Blue Birds the best.
