you can often ask questions on the auction sites.. sometimes there is even a phone number to call about info..
I know for sure if the bus you are looking at is an International / navistar chassis that you can call a dealer service center with the VIN number and they can tell you what the bus was built with.. engine / trans / rear gears / tire size, and the like
its a Bluebird flat nose bus I believe you can call bluebird with the same and get info on it.
