Who will underwrite an insurance policy for my skoolie for Baja Mexico

I'm trying to get insurance on my school bus to go to Baja. Already tried Lewis and Lewis and Mexi pass. It's 24 feet long and built out on the inside. I currently have a progressive commercial policy to cover me in the states. Need recommendations. Cheers!
