I'm not really sure if texas is better than other places a suppose it would be but having lived in texas forever im not really sure what states rain alot more that texas except up north. My guess is that it would be better to buy down south but I've just been looking at everything in my area, and by first glance you can usually see if it has rust or not. Ive been led to believe that any rust is bad rust, so better not to have any at all. So if ive seen it, then nope to that bus.
