| A little better with out the bubble gum. The condition of the inside is really good. It doesn't smell like a school bus, and no rust from what I can see around the edges of the plywood underlay. Eventually the rubber floor will be replaced with Marmolieum in the kitchen and bath area. Carpet in the living room and bed room area. Being the climate on the west coast is mild, I won't be insulating the floor any time soon. |
