I got lucky small town mto, just let reg it as motorhome right away, at one time it was on there website on what they need for a motorhome conversion, now I can't find it, but you need, a toilet of some sort, separated heat or a/c system, some sort of kitchen with water, pretty much what a motor home has, then you may need someone to inspect it, most likey the insurance company will want to, that's about all I can think of at this time, I did mine 6 years ago, ill try to find the mto info page I copied it from there website.

How did you go about doing it? The MTO website is a nightmare, and the last time I talked to someone at a ServiceOntario, they looked at me like I had 3 heads
