Elliot, Ah sugar. I have made some enquiries and the opinion is that NO PLATE-NO IDENTITY. However suggestion is that if there are any electrical boxes left sometimes on the back maintenance crews sometimes write the i/d on the back. Only other thing would be to contact the seller and see if he noted the i/d when he was selling it.
