So, we went ahead and used Corroseal (ospho and por 15 I hear is great too) which is a rust converter and primer, worked great. This was of course after we sanded, then we ended up using Polyurethane on all the floor. Here is a link to my blog with the pics. It hardened all the way through to the bottom of the hole, and is supposedly great for water sealing, flexibility, and all the stuff. We just painted a coat of rustoleum over everything yesterday to add a layer of preventative. Onto framing and insulating Next! Hope your project is coming along well!

yes, I have read on this site and the Skoolie Conversion Facebook page that some folks have used the pre cut sheets of metal (HD, lowes, or tractor supply) and rivoted them in...but like you said, that is a lot of holes! I have also been reading people recommend polyurethane caulk..i just don't know if I should go with the window one or the concrete one...I have read polyurethane is the best thing to fill in holes 1" or less...sometimes a little over an inch and it is ok. I will let you know how it goes if we go that route

HEY THANKS ! yes im pondering that now , i was pondering a thin sheet of tin cut to cover then some adhesive/? as there are so many from the seats and first conversion ,it will be many many of these ? then continue with framing insulation...the fun stuff is coming ! hey nice looking bus you have too ! lets see what we can come up with

Hey Stiggofthedump, what did you use to seal your holes in the floor? We are on this part, and not sure what to use. I have corroseal to convert/prime the rust, but really want to solve my hole problem so we can move forward. Thanks! And your bus looks like it is coming along!!
