OUR 1st skoolie. This was corvette yellow- NO kidding the guy we bought it off was doing a special project with DuPont in 98 ( it was a 25K paint job on a bus that cost us 3K already converted). So they were experimenting with a new paint ( which now 2015 Fords utilize. They painted 3 coats of primer on wet and then the paint wet right over the primer without drying. It glistened and when I would hit tree limbs NO Scratches- amazing. had 5.9 got 15mpg once! but had a 545 tranny DANGEROUS ON MOUNTAINS no transmission resistance. We used to call it Big Bird- To have Corvette Yellow paint it was like BRIGHT coming down the street, The tranny is why we got rid of it- about killed my family on I17 south out of flagstaff at 2am.
