Shawne and I are the proud new parents of "Baby Bus". She is our new spring project. We shall remake her into the fine outstanding recreational vehicle she was always meant to be. Our tiny home on wheels. As current owners of a Prius we can now say things like "One of our vehicles gets 50 mpg and the other gets 6."

Baby is a 1990, 24 passenger Chevy school bus with an 8.2 Diesel engine and automatic transmission. We picked her up in Oklahoma and drove her back 400 miles. She starts easy, drives straight and aside from tires, windshield and a leaky rear brake cylinder she wants for nothing. She goes a whopping 60 mph and with a tail wind and 20 degree downward slope has been known to hit 65!

Shawne and I plan to take Baby on a month long camping loop out west in April. Hitting all the big spots. Watch for more "Baby" pictures as the transformation begins!!!
