Sorry for the late response, just now saw the reply. I used 2" rigid foam insulation for my subfloor and 3/4 ply over that. Im in Washington state where its also cold and its been working extremely well, i usually walk around in just socks and the floor isnt cold.
Hey thanks for the offer, I was originally stressing about the gauge of my metal supports but since then I've found lots of answers and am working on it everyday. Would you be willing to share about your subfloor though? In the process of getting materials now while I'm starting the re-skin.
Worried about the winter as I'm in the midwest, does it get single digits where you're at? How well does it hold up?
