I am having water in fuel issues with my 2001 GMC bluebird. It has a 3126 cat motor and an Allison 2000 series transmission. I can start and run the bus just fine. As soon as I pull out of my driveway and start moving down the road the water in fuel light comes in and the transmission will not shift up or down. I have looked vigorously to find a fuel bowl and a sensor to drain or replace, but I cannot find anything. I have replaced all filters with exact replacements and still no luck. I have put additive in the fuel before and after draining fuel to physically see water separating. I was told by a friend the bus fuel water separated was deleted? Where would the separated be and or the sensor on the bus to maybe jump out or replace? Spent thousands on this project and it’s just sitting in the driveway. Please help.
