Cover for unsitely wires

I am trying to find a cover for some wires that are going to be exposed in the bus. I have been looking on ebay and even Googled but I cant find what I really need.
Thought somebodt on here may have had the same problem. Thought I was looking for something that looked like the cord that goes from a telephone to the handheld piece of the telephone. You know the one that knots up all the time. Seems like I saw a cover like that before...

Slip it through some flexi (or not flexible) pipping or hosing.

Sounds like a wire loom but they don't curl up. Only other thing I know of would be something like "Wiremold". It's for surface run electrical. They also have electrical boxes for installation of receptacles, switches, and (I think light) fixtures.
