I'm having one of the local shops weld a new end on the drive shaft costing me $110. They should be done with it after breakfast so i can get this pig put back together. There was about a "3/4" inch...

Here are a few more pics, mostly surface rust and a few more rivets to cover the lower back glass I also rebuilt the carb (napa wanted $65 for a kit but i managed to get one for $38 at autozone) ...
