im registeredas a camper. in CT there is no inspection. insurance is $250 a year through an assigned risk program, get a broker cause they are free and work hard for you. the bus is a 66 passenger...

the terminals are clean, i havent checked the chassis groud, i will do that. I forgot to mention that once the engine is warm, it will start right up first try, like it should when its cold.

Kind of sounds like a starter and/or electrical issue. The cycling of the glow plugs might temporarily heat the wires up and improve electrical conduction of the connections. Is the starter solenoid...
