AC/Heater? Relay Removal

Hey Yall, I have a 2008 Thomas Saf-T-Liner HDX and have removed the AC/Heater system. There is this box that I think is the relay box for the compressor attached above the rear engine compartment....

Yeah, you can get a bucket of that stuff for about $150 if you get a spray gun and apply it its cheaper than paying for it to get painted.
