Our issue is the hydraulic went out and we can't...

Our issue is the hydraulic went out and we can't find the parts to fix it...so thinking of converting the whole thing to electric cuz we need it for our up coming tour.

So I am about to embark on the change from my hydraulic fan to an electric i was wondering what where the difficulties you had in the process...Also what is the best type of fan will a Taurus fan...
