We used a custom lazer cutter to do all the metal work for the bus. We took used the demensions of the bus, entered them into the computer and it custom cut the sections. The door is two metal...

The bus is almost done with the fabrication.... take a look! Its been a long haul, but finally starting to take shape. We used rivets for the entire bus... welding just caused warpage etc....

Our bus has been at the fabricator for 6 weeks! I will be going tomorrow to take a look and see the progress... I will post pictures when I get them! We are getting excited!

We plan to cover them in sheet metal, so we are not to worried about that!
