I found a tow for $350 flat rate and an entire rebuilt long block for $2095.
That will put me around $3500 for a bus with new tires and engine. That seems like a good start.

Try to compare the weight of the two. Battery AH claims are all over the place but, weight is pretty much an indication of the internal plate size. If they weigh the same, go for the cheaper one.
