There are no downsides to the dta360 (only the transmission), it is a sleeved engine, so an in-frame rebuid is possible as well. Windows look good.

Also, from other forrums, I have read that Mexicans are buying them up like crazy and taking them back down south... interesting. Probalby because they are naturally aspirated that makes them more...

The valve cover on your int diesel looks more like a dt360 rather than a dt466, have you checked this? If I remember correctly the dt360 has all raised ribs in the valve cover,...
